Section 125 Plan Administration
A Cafeteria Plan is an IRS regulated program that allows one to pay for certain expenses on a PRE-TAX basis. Eligible expenses are contributions to insurance plans, dependent care expenses and health care expenses. Pre-tax payroll reductions through a Flexible Spending Account can produce significant tax savings for the employer and the employee, including savings in workman’s compensation premiums.
American River Benefit Administrators is ready to help each participant and will work together with the participant to ensure the best available benefits possible. American River Benefit Administraotrs will invoice and collect premiums from each participant and will service any billing issues.
Association Benefit Billing
American River Benefit Administrators main purpose is to reconcile and administer employer’s carrier bills. We work closely with your Human Resource department with new hires and terminations, reconciling the carrier bills monthly. The employer pays one invoice and the TPA distributes the monies to the carriers.
