COBRA  Administration

COBRA provides employees (or former employees), their spouses, and dependents with a temporary extension of group health insurance, when coverage is lost due to qualifying events.  With the changing COBRA laws, we keep our clients up to date and legal with the laws.

Section 125 Plan Administration

A Cafeteria Plan is an IRS regulated program that allows one to pay for certain expenses on a PRE-TAX basis.  Eligible expenses are contributions to insurance plans, dependent care expenses and health care expenses.  Pre-tax payroll reductions through a Flexible Spending Account can produce significant tax savings for the employer and the employee, including savings in workman’s compensation premiums.
